Archelle has served as an elder for 14 years. He is a marketing professional by trade. Archelle and his wife Monique have been married for 22 years.

Craig has been an elder for 10 years. His current occupation is a pricing and licensing manager for a software company. Craig has been married to his wife Laura for 17 years and they have 3 children.

Ed has been an elder for 15 years. He currently serves on staff as Director of Communications. Ed has been married to his wife Sandra for 33 years. They have 2 children.

Joe has been an elder for 5 years. He is a real estate investor by profession. Joe and his wife Mary have been married for 13 yrs and are the parents of 3 children.

Keith has served as an elder for 10 years. His current occupation is a senior credit analyst. Keith and his wife Regina have been married for 22 years with 1 child.

Rocky has served as an elder for 10 years. His current occupation is sales manager. Rocky and his wife Diane have been married for 33 years and have 4 children.

Tobey has been an elder for 15 years. He currently serves on staff as an Executive Associate Pastor. Tobey has been married to his wife Nancy for 19 years and they have 2 children.

Ed Ware is an Elder and current Interim Executive. He coordinates and directs both internal and external communications of ALCF and oversees ministry operations.

Hurmon Hamilton is a member of the executive management team. He serves as Abundant Life's primary teaching pastor and also provides pastoral care to ALCF staff.

Tilden Fang is a member of the executive management team and oversees our business operations, facilities and information technology departments. He also provides general pastoral care for members of our congregation.

Dan Baker is a member of the executive management team and oversees music, worship, dance and seasonal musical productions. He also provides general pastoral care for members of our congregation.

Eric Stevenson is a member of the executive management team. He serves as pastoral assistant to the executive pastor. He provides oversight for the day to day ministry operations. He is responsible for the coordination of our corporate worship services. He also provides general pastoral care for members of our congregation.

John Gorin is a member of the executive management team. He oversees ALCF’s small group ministry as well as the leadership teams for affinity groups (men, women, young adults, singles and seniors), adult education, and student ministries. He also provides general pastoral care for members of our congregation and serves as pastor and coach to our pastoral staff.

Marcus Givens is a member of the executive management team. He oversees support ministries for worship services, guest services, logistics and security. He also provides general pastoral care for members of our congregation.

Tobey Hall is a member of the executive management team and oversees the outreach and recovery ministries of our church. He also leads our evangelism efforts including the Encouragers, follow up ministry, and the Prayer Counselors of ALCF. He also provides general pastoral care for members of our congregation.

As an Associate Pastor, Cora Harper is a member of our management team. She oversees our Biblical Counseling and provides support for the counseling staff. Her ministry also oversees our support groups for biblical counseling ministry. In addition, she provides programming for our women’s ministry. She also provides general pastoral care for members of our congregation.

Daniel Thomas is a Youth Pastor and a member of our pastoral staff. He oversees Generation Example (GX), our Senior High Ministry (grades 9-12), which includes Sunday classes and other special events. He also provides general pastoral care for members of our youth ministry.

Gina McCray is a Youth Pastor and a member of our pastoral staff. She serves as our
Communications Coordinator, helping to coordinate the roll out of special initiatives for church-wide emphasis for print and web. In addition, she is responsible for the management of our social media outlets. She also provides general pastoral care for members of our youth ministry.

Marcus Randolph is a Youth Pastor and a member of our pastoral staff. He oversees The House, our Junior High Ministry (grades 7-8), which includes Sunday classes and other special events. He also provides general pastoral care for members of our youth ministry.

As a pastoral intern, Mark Arevalo is a member of our management team. He is the director for Elementary Education with SAFARI Kids ministry, and is responsible for weekend service programming for the Kindergarten through 5ifty6ix grade levels.

Sarai Crain is an Associate Pastor and a member of our management team. She serves as the primary teacher for our Singles Ministry which provides opportunities to develop godly character, fellowship, unity, and social activities within the singles’ community. She also provides crisis counseling and general pastoral care for members of our congregation.

Cynthia Solano is a member of our management team. She is primarily responsible for day-to-day office systems coordination and management. She provides administrative support to the executive associate pastor of administration and the director of business operations.

Doug Claxton is a member of our management team. He coordinates sound and video for ministry events. In addition, he leads a volunteer team and staff that serve as support for weekend services, various church events, and staff meetings.

Emmanuel Swan is a Chaplain and a member of our management team. He manages all youth relationships with community-based organizations, as well as outreach efforts through our Inspire-U sports ministry.

As a Chaplain, Fred Degree is a member of our management team. He leads our chaplaincy efforts including ministry in prisons, juvenile hall, rest homes, and shelters. He also oversees our ministry to men and women who are reentering society after serving time in prison.

George Taumoepeau is a member of our management team. He provides leadership to our facilities and maintenance teams. He oversees the church facilities, ensuring that we meet the safety compliance of the building codes.

As a director, Geraldine Hill is a member of our management team. She oversees our network of prayer cells. She also coordinates our ministry to bereaved, sick, and shut-in members.

Stacey Davidson is a member of our management team. She oversees the ministry operation of Safari Kids.

Monique Funnie is a member of our management team. She leads our publications department. In that capacity, she serves alongside staff and volunteers as editor-in-chief, creative director, and graphic designer for Abundant Living e-magazine. In addition, she provides guidance and training to our administrative support team in the development of ministry branding, collateral, and signage.

Rosemarie is a member of our management team. She manages all partner relationships with community-based organizations, as well as outreach efforts through our Homeless Ministry.

Terry Murphy is a member of our management team. He oversees our logistics team and coordinates the workload to ensure that meeting rooms are adequately prepared for each event. He also oversees our weekend and special events parking teams.
