Expectations of those trained to mentor through the Women of Worth Ministry:

You must be a member at Abundant Life Christian Fellowship. Women trained by the WOW leadership team must commit to being available to mentor at least one woman (mentoree) for a minimum of 6 months. We are asking that contact with your mentoree take place twice a month. The assignment to your mentor will depend upon the mentor's schedule and finding and appropriate mentor/mentoree match (based upon personal interviews and geographical proximity).

I understand that the communcation between me and my mentoree is confidential and will not be shared with any persons outside of the Women of Worth supervision team.
